Before entering the event all attendees and volunteers will be temperature checked prior to registration. Masks and/or face shields will be required for all volunteers and attendees. Gloves will be required for high contact areas (shoes, food, registration … etc). Additionally, The Gift Atlanta will provide masks at the registration table for any guests/attendees that do not have a mask on them. We will also have hand sanitizer available at key locations throughout the event. In addition, when possible, we will make an effort to practice reasonably safe social distancing, especially while inside of tents. In addition to all of these guidelines, depending on crowd size, we may restrict the flow of people into the event area to prevent overcrowding.
In addition, all volunteers and attendees are assuming their own risk of exposure to COVID-19. By attending this event, you are agreeing to not hold any of the organizers of this event liable for any exposure to COVID-19, or any injury suffered.
If you knowingly have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 2 weeks of the event, or are showing signs of COVID-19 before the event (cough, fever, loss of taste/smell), we request you to stay home and in isolation.
